Catherine Alestchenkoff, Cultural Director of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, organized an adapted tour of the exhibition "Monaco and the Automobile: From 1893 to the Present Day," in partnership with the Arrimage association and with the support of the Valentin Haüy Association.

Around fifty iconic vehicles—including more than twenty winners of the Monaco Grand Prix or the Monte Carlo Rally—trace 130 years of a unique relationship between the Principality and the automobile. Previously unseen archives from the Automobile Club de Monaco, items from the Princely Family's collection, photographs, and interactive tools round out this journey through time.

Curated by Rodolphe Rapetti, Chief Heritage Curator, this unprecedented event in the Principality celebrates the automobile as both living heritage and a work of art.

This audio-described tour—prepared by Marie Cambas, conducted by Enora Gely Hamon and Margaux Branca, and featuring adapted materials created by our association—took place on Tuesday, July 21.

Many visually impaired and blind visitors attended and were captivated by this exceptional exhibition and a tour that truly put accessibility in the fast lane!
