At the start of the school year, the Arrimage N.P.O. presents its program of educational and cultural workshops: The ALBA project!
This innovative project aims to promote teaching, reading, writing, access to culture and artistic creation, while respecting equitable pedagogy.
It is structured as follows:
An art book designed for everyone (already published).
Educational and artistic workshops.
Indeed, all the latest studies in educational science very strongly highlight the importance of images and writing (embossing and Braille) in intellectual development, individual development and personal autonomy. within our society.
Furthermore, a blind person who knows how to 'read' and create in relief (Braille and drawing) is a person who will understand and be able to produce diagrams, tables, curves, diagrams, plans, etc. and will be able to tackle the IT world head-on as well as all the sciences (technical and social).
Last June, we had the pleasure of giving a preview in the classes of the Condamine school in Monaco
On the program, discovery of Braille, reading, writing and introduction to relief drawing.
Thank you to the teachers, the director, as well as all the students who showed a lot of interest and enthusiasm for these activities.
Thank you to our members and supporters who make this type of activity possible!
