The Association Arrimage is particularly sensitive to problems related to education and culture, organizes workshops in partnership with the French Education Nationale and other organizations (NGOs, Museums, etc.).

Those are taking place either in the Association premises or on site.

 

The Association Arrimage had the joy of welcoming in its Nice's workshop, the young British designer Eva Sbaraini, teacher and head of the 3D-department at University of the Arts London (http://www.evaimagines.co.uk/) from the 12th to September 16th.

On the occasion of the french Museums Night, the Magnelli Museum of Valauris presented its ceramic tactile path. The Association Arrimage and its president Claude Garrandès, in partnership with the Association Valentin Haüy Nice Committee, participated in the development of the course, and realized the cartels of presentation of works in Braille and large print.

On Monday, January 9th 2017, the Association Arrimage, in partnership with the New National Museum of Monaco, organized a visit for the visually impaired, of the temporary exhibition Designing Dreams, A Celebration of Leon Bakst in the Villa Sauber.

On this occasion, the association also realized two adaptations of works of the exhibition:

 Miniature d'illustrationOur president Claude Garrandès, as well as Patrick Chartroux, a member of the association, participated in the scientific committee 'Perception and be touched', organized by the department of Puy de Dôme.

Miniature d'illustrationThe Arrimage Association, with the support of the Saint-Exupéry Foundation for Youth, the Aeronautic Union  of Côte d'Azur and the Town Council of Villefranche-sur-mer, took part in the exhibition 'Maïcon a man of the 20th century'.
